My diverse work experience spans across several industries and I spent over 5 years in the dynamic environment of Great Britain. I entered the corporate world at Capita Insurance Services, where I seamlessly transitioned from a receptionist and administrative assistant to a project assistant for the IT team. During my time abroad, I earned a language certificate, mastering English to the point that I seamlessly integrate with the British accent.
My journey continued with Euromoney Yearbooks, a renowned company in financial circles, where I also contributed to the publications department.

Upon my return from England, I assumed the role of an office manager at a language school in Košice. Beyond administrative duties, I played a pivotal role in student testing, group formation, invoicing, and comprehensive paperwork management for payroll accounting. Additionally, I took charge of supporting the foreign teachers.
Subsequently, I transitioned into the role of an English language teacher in various language schools.
In my recent professional journey, I served as a virtual assistant for an American company for 9 months. During this time, I was responsible for coordination of crucial initial meetings, facilitating connections at the CEO and business owner level.
In my most recent role as a customer support specialist for a leading software company headquartered in the United States, I applied my technical experience to not only help set up a robust reservation system for new clients but also navigate complex client requests. I would continually search for and provide better overall system solutions for the users.
Beyond support functions, I also delved into copywriting, website setup on the company platform, SEO, and email marketing campaigns.
